GENERAL AND IMPORTANT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Price based on a group of up to 20 travelers. If the minimum number of participants is not met, the trip may be canceled or

rescheduled.

• Fixed dates with limited availability.

• Rates are quoted in USD; prices, airline fees, and lodging charges are subject to change due to fluctuations in

exchange rates and applicable taxes.

• Hotels may be changed, provided they remain in the same category or higher.

• Flight schedules are subject to change and are the sole responsibility of the airlines.

• Airfare includes checked baggage, carry-on baggage, and a personal item.

• In the event of lost luggage, it is the airline’s responsibility to provide compensation or reimbursement for

these items.

• Rates are valid only for the dates indicated.

• It is each traveler’s responsibility to ensure compliance with the country’s entry and exit requirements.

PAYMENT TERMS

• Upon confirmation of the reservation, a 30% deposit will be required, which will be deducted from the total amount. This deposit is not

refundable if the passenger cancels their trip.

• If the deposit is not paid, the reservation will be placed on a waiting list and may be canceled or voided by the agency.

• The remaining balance must be paid within 7 days of the deposit or, failing that, 100 days prior to the departure date of the

trip, whichever occurs first.
