PAYMENT TERMS
• Upon confirmation of the reservation, a 30% deposit will be required, which will be deducted from the total amount. This deposit is not
refundable if the passenger cancels their trip.
• If the deposit is not paid, the reservation will be placed on a waiting list and may be canceled or voided by the agency.
• The remaining balance must be paid within 7 days of the deposit or, failing that, 100 days prior to the departure date of the
trip, whichever occurs first.

CANCELLATION POLICIES
• Non-refundable deposit; a 100% cancellation fee applies 100 days prior to the trip start date.
CHANGES TO THE TRAVEL ITINERARY
• The scheduled itinerary for this trip may be affected by unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, such as
adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, or political instability that may lead to public disorder
and pose a risk to travelers at some of the destinations to be visited.
Failure to fulfill the contractual obligations of the travel agency’s suppliers due to unforeseeable circumstances, force
majeure, or changes mandated by the authorities exempts the agency from liability.
